Buddy the Elf fan pays nearly £250K so they can look like Christmas movie character

It’s been more than 20 years since Will Ferrell bounded onto our screens as Buddy the Elf, but nearly half of all Brits will still watch the film again this year – as they do every year – according to a recent TV survey.
